Frequently asked questions

What areas does TTS service?
The Gold Coast, QLD through to Kingscliff, NSW, including Southport, Surfers Paradise, Burleigh Heads, Tweed Heads and everything in between. Not sure if you’re in range? Just call or text.
How much does tree work cost?
It depends on the tree’s size, condition and access, so we don’t quote blind. Every job gets a free on-site quote before any work starts.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes. Fully insured, Cert III Arboriculture and Cert III Forestry qualified, with chainsaw, chipper and ESI powerline climbing tickets.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
Yes. Storm damage and dangerous trees are taken as after-hours callouts, and a call-out fee applies outside normal business hours.
Do you clean up and take the wood away?
Always. Every job includes full clean-up: timber, branches and green waste are removed unless you’d prefer mulch left on-site.
Do I need council approval to remove a tree?
Some trees on the Gold Coast and in Tweed Shire need council approval depending on size, species and zoning. We can talk you through what applies when we quote.
